Who operates this app

Social Scheduler AI Build is a private internal application operated by Greg Staunton. It supports authorised publishing to Greg Staunton's personal LinkedIn profile for professional content connected with greg-staunton.com, Oracle Eloqua consulting, professional articles, credentials, certifications, and Pl8ypus AI build updates.

The application is not offered as a public social media platform, consumer service, multi-tenant scheduler, or client account management tool.

The application publishes only through Greg Staunton's authenticated personal LinkedIn member authorisation. It does not publish on behalf of other LinkedIn members or any secondary LinkedIn destination.

"AI Build" refers to the development approach used to create this tool. No LinkedIn data is processed by AI or machine-learning services at runtime.

This policy applies only to Social Scheduler AI Build and its LinkedIn integration.

Information the app may access or store

The application may access the minimum LinkedIn account information required to authenticate Greg Staunton and publish on his behalf. This includes the authenticated LinkedIn member identifier, publishing author reference, profile name, granted permissions, token expiry information, and token-related connection details.

Profile name and connection details may be refreshed from LinkedIn when the stored LinkedIn token is refreshed.

The application may store post content, schedule information, post status, LinkedIn post identifiers, publishing results, error information, and operational history where required to operate and support the scheduler.

The application is not designed to retrieve or store the profiles, connections, private messages, or private content of other LinkedIn members.

How the information is used

Information is used only to authenticate Greg Staunton, maintain the LinkedIn connection, create and publish approved posts, schedule posts, record publishing results, diagnose failures, protect and operate the application, and meet valid legal or LinkedIn platform obligations. LinkedIn information is not used for advertising targeting, behavioural profiling, lead generation, audience scraping, resale, unrelated product development, model training, or runtime AI processing.

LinkedIn credentials and secrets

LinkedIn access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in protected server-side application storage. They are not exposed in the public website source or client-side application code.

Access tokens are used only for the permissions granted to the application. Disconnecting LinkedIn removes the stored LinkedIn connection and associated tokens.

Sharing and sale of data

The app does not sell personal data. It does not offer public accounts, does not provide public third-party access, and does not share LinkedIn data with external customers. Data may be processed by hosting and platform providers only as needed to operate the private application.

Retention

Post content, schedule information, post status, LinkedIn post references, publishing results, error information, and operational history are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the scheduler, troubleshoot publishing issues, maintain security, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

LinkedIn access can be disconnected when it is no longer required.

Security

Access to the scheduler is restricted to authorized operator use. The app is designed as a private internal tool, with server-side handling for LinkedIn API calls and protected storage for credentials and operational data.
